A&S Roasted ChickenOn November 2, 2016, the Wits’ team created and served a made-from scratch meal to help brighten the lives of homeless youth aged 18-21 in transition at the Covenant House in Atlanta, GA. This delicious chicken recipe was a huge hit with the youth as well as our humbled team.Founded in 1972, Covenant House is the largest privately-funded agency in the Americas. Covenant House provides loving care and vital services to homeless, abandoned, abused, tra icked, and exploited children.57% of homeless youth spend at least one day a month without food, and we learned that even a simple meal can begin the healing process for a young person.
