Three Bean White Chicken ChiliSubmitted by: Eric ScottINGREDIENTS1 (15 oz) can of Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed 1(15 oz) can of Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed1(15 oz) can of Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed21⁄2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped1 cup of onion, chopped11⁄2 cups chopped green peppers2 fresh jalapeño chile peppers, seeded and chopped 2 cloves of garlic2 tsp of ground cumin1⁄2 tsp of salt1⁄2 tsp of dried oregano31⁄2 cups of chicken brothShredded monterey jack cheeseBroken tortilla chipsSliced avocadoDIRECTIONS• In a 3 1⁄2 or 4 quart slow cooker stir together the beans, chicken, onion, sweet pepper, jalapeño pepper, garlic cumin, salt and oregano. Stir in chicken broth.• Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
