Festive Bean SaladSubmitted by: Hallie BurnsINGREDIENTS2 cups of black beans2 cups of black eyed peas1 1⁄4 cups of cherry tomatoes 1 cup of corn2 green onions1 cup of green pepper1⁄2 cup of red onion1 1⁄2 tbsps of lime juice1 cup of red pepper1 tbsp of sea salt1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp of olive oilOptional: jalapeño, avocadoDIRECTIONS• In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
