Hot Sausage DipSubmitted by: Jamey EricksonINGREDIENTS1 lb of hot sausage1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, so ened 1 jar of Rotel tomatoes (original style)1 jar of Rotel tomatoes (Mexican style)DIRECTIONS• Crumble and cook the sausage.• Drain broth from both jars of Rotel tomatoes.• Combine all ingredients and place in a small crockpot to keep warm. • Serve with tortilla chips.APPETIZERS, DIPS & BEVERAGES43
