Mediterranean Hummus DipIt’s a crowd favorite!Submitted by: Kyle EricksonINGREDIENTS2 packages of plain Sabre Hummus (Family Size) 1⁄2 of a medium onion, chopped1 package of cherry tomatoes, halved3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped3 lemons1 package of crumbled feta cheese Kalamata olives, finely chopped1 seedless cucumber, skinned and chopped 1⁄2 cup of olive oilSalt and Pepper to tasteDIRECTIONS• In a nice serving bowl, empty the packages of hummus.• In a separate bowl, squeeze the lemons, and add olive oil, garlic, tomatoes,cucumbers, and onions.• Pour mixture over the hummus.
