Hot Spinach and Artichoke SpreadSubmitted by: Erin ReeceINGREDIENTS1 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese, so ened1 cup of mayo1 (10 oz) pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 pkg of Mrs. Grass Homestyle Veg Soup1 (14 oz) can of quartered artichoke hearts3 cups of mozzarella cheese1.5 cups-ish of shredded parmesan/RomanoDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven 350 F.• In medium-size bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayo, & soup mix. • Stir in spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese. Spreadmixture in 2 quart baking dish, and sprinkle shredded part on top.• Bake for 30 min. or until lightly brown. May need to broil a few minutes toget golden brown.
