Nacho Night!Need a change of pace around the holidays for a great meal to share sitting around the TV and watching a movie? Or do you want a hearty appetizer for a crowd watching football on New Years’ Day? This is the recipe for you. I’ll give you the more detailed version of it, but you can make it easier with a couple of steps as well. Either way, this is a winner!Submitted by: Patrick CusickINGREDIENTSCUBAN BLACK BEANS(You can also just heat a can of any kind of beans you like - Black, Kidney, Pinto, etc. Making Cuban Black Beans only takes about 20 minutes and really enhances the flavor.)2 tbsp of olive oil1⁄2 cup of chopped onion1⁄4 cup of chopped green pepper2 cloves of garlic, minced1 (15 oz) can of black beans (undrained)3⁄4 cup of water1 tsp of oregano1⁄4 tsp of sugar1 tsp of ground cumin1 cube (or 1 tsp) of chicken bouillon1 tsp of garlic salt1 tbsp of cooking wine1 tbsp of cider vinegarTACO SEASONING MIX(You can also go buy a taco seasoning packet.
