Winter in Wisconsin DipBest served with Bavarian so  pretzels and a winter lager.Submitted by: Erin ReeceINGREDIENTS1 (16oz) roll mild breakfast sausage4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 cup of beer - If you are lucky enough to have access to any New Glarus brews, then Spotted Cow is recommended. If not, Sweetwater IPA will do just fine.2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese1⁄4 tsp of garlic powder1⁄4 cup of diced green onionDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven to 350˚F.• In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and no longerpink. While cooking, break the sausage up into crumbles.• Place 2 cups cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder and beer in afood processor or blender. Mix until well combined.• Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add cooked sausage and theremaining 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Mix until combined.• Place mixture into an oven safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.• Remove from oven, Sprinkle with diced green onion.APPETIZERS, DIPS & BEVERAGES29
