Christmas Morning Eggy Dish(a.k.a. Egg Casserole)We realize there is no such word as “eggy,” but that is what we call it in our family.Submitted by: Michelle SeamanINGREDIENTS9 x 9 Pyrex pan, greased5-7 slices of white bread, de-crusted and cubed1⁄2 lb. of Velveeta cheese, cubed1 to 1 1⁄2 cups of ham or bacon, cubed (depending on taste) 1⁄4 cup butter, melted1⁄2 tsp of salt1 tsp of dry mustard5 eggs2 cups of milkDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven to 350 ˚F.• Fill bottom of pan with bread• Layer cheese and ham on top• Drizzle butter over• Blend remaining ingredients, pour over• Refrigerate overnight (cover with plastic wrap)• Bake for 45 min or until firm and top is lightly brownedBREAKFAST, BRUNCH & BREADS25
