“Not Yo Mama’s” Banana PuddingSubmitted by: Trevor ColliasINGREDIENTS2 bags of Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies 6 to 8 bananas, sliced2 cups of milk1 (5 oz) box of instant French vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, so ened1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk1 (12 oz) container of frozen whipped creamDIRECTIONS• Line the bottom of a 13X9 inch dish with one bag of cookies and layer bananas on top of the cookies.• In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a hand-held electric mixer.• Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.• Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.• Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until wellblended.• Pour half of the mixture over the cookies and bananas.• Add another layer of bananas and cover with the remaining puddingmixture.• Top with one bag of cookies.• Refrigerate for one hour and serve cold.DESSERTS175
