Granny’s Apple CrispSubmitted by: Mary KelmINGREDIENTS4 cups of sliced apples (our family uses Granny Smith) 3⁄4 cup of flour1 cup of sugar1⁄2 cup of so ened butter1⁄2 tsp of salt1 tsp of cinnamonDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven to 350˚F.• Butter a shallow baking dish (glass preferred)• Place sliced apples across bottom of dish• Combine flour, sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well. • Sprinkle mixture on top of the apples.• Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.DESSERTS173
