Eggnog CakeSubmitted by: Michelle SeamanINGREDIENTS1 package of yellow cake mix 2 eggs1⁄4 cup of melted butter1 1⁄2 cups of eggnog1⁄4 tsp of nutmeg2 tbsp of rum flavoring1⁄4 cup of buttermilk1 cup of confectioners sugarDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven to 350˚F.• In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, butter, eggnog, nutmeg, and rumflavoring on high speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a well buttered bundt pan.• Bake for 40-50 minutes• For the frosting: Mix buttermilk, confectioners sugar and nutmeg (add morebuttermilk if consistency is too thick) on high speed.• Poke small holes in warm cake, and pour frosting over warm cake and let itseep into the holes for a little extra flavoring.DESSERTS169
