Adelaide’s Seven Layer CookiesDarn great cookie from my GrandmotherSubmitted by: Michelle SeamanINGREDIENTS1 cube of butter or margarine1 cup of crushed graham crackers (crumbs)1 cup of butterscotch chips1 cup of chopped walnuts1 cup (plus) of chocolate chips1 cup of flaked coconut1 (14oz) can sweet condensed milk, NOT evaporated milkDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven to 325˚F. for a 13 x 9 glass pan, 350˚F for a metal pan• Melt margarine/butter in the pan (in the oven)• Sprinkle the crumbs over the top and then add the next 5 ingredients,ending with the milk• Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned• Cool before cutting into 24 to 36 bars.
