Bite-Sized Stu in’ Mu insDIRECTIONS (continued)• In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and add garlic, onion, mushrooms and Trader Joe’s sausage. Sauté until the onions and mushrooms are thoroughly cooked. Onions should change from white to translucent to brownish. Pour sautéed mixture into the mixing bowl with the stu ing.• Cook bacon (I like to broil my bacon in the oven to get it nice and crispy.)• Once the bacon is cooked, chop into small pieces and fold into the stu ingmixture.• Beat eggs in a separate bowl and fold into the stu ing mixture, this shouldhelp to bind the stu ing together into “mu ins”.• Oil a mini mu in tin with vegetable oil so that the mu ins don’t stick to thepan. Roll 11⁄2 inch balls of the stu ing mixture with your hands (careful, itmay be hot!) and place into mini mu in tin.• Bake for 10-15 minutes.• Cool & serve!ADDITIONAL NOTESFeel free to make this with di erent ingredients, substituting your favorite stu ing ingredients into the mu ins.
