JambalayaSubmitted by: Jamey EricksonINGREDIENTS1 lb box of Uncle Ben’s Converted Rice, raw 1 can of Campbell’s onion soup1 can of beef bouillon soup1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce1⁄2 cup of green onions, chopped 1 stick of butterparsley2⁄3 cup of water1⁄4 cup of green pepper, chopped1 lb of smoked andouille sausage, sliced1 lb of raw chicken, cut into bite size pieces 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveinedDIRECTIONS• Preheat oven to 350˚F.• Combine all ingredients.
