A&S Roasted ChickenDIRECTIONS (continued)• Preheat oven to 350˚F.• Rub chicken with olive oil.• Cut fruit in half. Squeeze juice over entire chicken.• Sprinkle salt & pepper over chicken and inside cavity.• Place squeezed fruits with some garlic cloves in cavity.• Add extra garlic cloves under chicken skin.• Roast chicken for 45-60 minutes.• Roast until the thigh and the thickest parts of breast reaches 165 ˚F.• When fully cooked, remove the chickens from the oven and baste again. Letrest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve as directed.MAIN DISHES101
